Income statement
When capturing financial statement line items into Flowkash, all debit balances should be captured as positive, and all accounting credits as negative values. This means that income/revenue items should be captured as negative values!.
To capture income statement items, go the income statement tab and click "New Line":
This action will raise a short form containing the relevant fields for capturing the line item.
Note: The "Cash Flow Treatment" field is auto populated by Flowkash, however, you can modify it to suit your preference.
Click "Save", to save the line item.
Balance sheet
To capture balance sheet items, you must be in the Balance Sheet tab. Clicking "New Line" will raise a short form with the relevant fields for capturing the line item.
As with the income statement, all debit balances (e.g. those relating to assets) should be captured as positive values, and credits (e.g. liabilities) as negative. Likewise, the "Cash Flow Treatment" field is auto populated by Flowkash, however, you can modify it to suit your preference.
Click "Save", to save the line item.
Flowkash is framework-agnostic, however the language used in the app is drawn from IFRS.
The change only takes effect on the date that your existing subscription is due to expire.
If you'd like to access the features of the new plan immediately, you will need to go to the subscriptions management page and process a once-off payment that will cover the intervening period.

When you cancel a subscription, we stop collecting payments immediately, and you can’t reactivate it. You will be able to access and modify your work under the current subscription until it lapses .
Your Flowkash user account will be cancelled 60 days after your subscription lapses.
Afterwards, to continue using Flowkash you will have to purchase a new subscription
All your data will be deleted, including companies and their cash flow statements. Account cancellation is irreversible.
