Flowkash overview
Flowkash helps accountants and auditors prepare accurate cash flow statements at speed.
Structure
Projects on Flowkash are organised by company. Each company can have multiple projects within it. In this documentation the terms “project”, “cash flow worksheet” and "worksheet" are used interchangeably.
A single Flowkash project covers only one year (i.e. it does not include a comparative cash flow statement). To prepare the cash flow statement for the previous reporting period you must create a separate project for it.
Process
The basic steps for preparing cash flow statements on Flowkash are as follows:
Additional steps that might apply to your context include copying a project to a new company, or rolling the project forward to the next reporting period.
Team features
Flowkash also includes team features that you may use for collaborating with your colleagues.
Flowkash is framework-agnostic, however the language used in the app is drawn from IFRS.
The change only takes effect on the date that your existing subscription is due to expire.
If you'd like to access the features of the new plan immediately, you will need to go to the subscriptions management page and process a once-off payment that will cover the intervening period.
As with subscription upgrades, the change only takes effect on the date that your existing subscription is due to expire. You will continue to have access to the plan you are downgrading from in the intervening period.
When you cancel a subscription, we stop collecting payments immediately, and you can’t reactivate it. You will be able to access and modify your work under the current subscription until it lapses .
Your Flowkash user account will be cancelled 60 days after your subscription lapses.
Afterwards, to continue using Flowkash you will have to purchase a new subscription
All your data will be deleted, including companies and their cash flow statements. Account cancellation is irreversible.
